A bomb with a timer seems much safer. Diving near a mega yacht that’s taking on water seems dangerous. The pressure differential could make it difficult to swim away and if it actually starts to sink while you’re nearby, you could get pulled under. (I’m not a diving expert but this is definitely something that would require actual expertise)

Owner was working on a self-sufficient home but passed during construction having spent over $400K on the project. Current best use may be to bring in power, do engineering calculations & permit this structure as a shop/ag building & build another home/manufactured home. Owners have some construction photos. Great buy at the list price. There is still a lot of value there. Located in the country East of Olympia.

Loose tea isn’t very common on supermarket shelves. If you live near a store that has a bulk section, then they might have loose tea in bulk. I end up ordering online from Stash or Harney & Sons

PSA if you have one grandparent who was born in Ireland then you may qualify for Irish citizenship. Getting all the needed documentation together and going through the whole process can easily take the better part of a year, so don’t delay.
Even with citizenship, moving abroad is a lot of work and expense. I no longer have any illusions that “cooler heads will prevail” or that “the adults in the room will maintain the status quo”, so having an out, even an extremely expensive one, is very comforting.

In terms of net worth, sure. 10-20 million dollars is pretty much a billion dollars away from being a billion. But in terms of paying taxes? Unearned income pays the least in taxes. Psychology? It depends. If they have big mortgages and have to do a lot of the work themselves and be really careful with money? Then they might not feel rich (and may actually have a low net worth). If they own it all outright and have a employees take care of it all? That’s pretty different.

They have a lot of prepackaged junk but they do have good prices on bananas, blueberries and nuts. They also have a decent super high fiber, low sugar bran cereal.
I forgot to mention the little Persian cucumbers. They don’t always have them in stock at the co-op.
