Oh man, I hope you have a good time with it. It’s a superb game, but I’ll admit I’ve had pretty rough experiences revisiting it during the last decade. You just have to get used to the fairly outdated aspects, and stick with it. Good luck

I blasted through Zero Mission and I’m going to work my way through Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages this weekend. All three games are excellent

I definitely used to feel this way, and I haven’t seen Rings of Power, so I can’t speak to it, but I’ve been steadily growing more open to the idea of people adapting the setting and building stories within Tolkien’s universe.

I participated in a few anomalies, both as support and an on ground person hitting the objectives. Shit was rad, man. I met a couple cool people and even business contacts through it.

Same. I rocked that game for a year before Pokemon Go came out. It was insanely addictive. I would walk like 3-5 miles a day and I’d take way too many breaks at work to go hit the portals by my office.

I felt the same way when I played Horizon: Zero Dawn. The beginning was neat, but as soon as they cut me loose I was waiting for it to get good. I quit before it did.
