They aren’t hiking the price on the premium Disney-Hulu-HBO bundle, which remains my only streaming subscription. And TBH it would already be HBO only if my father-in-law wasn’t paying for the Disney/Hulu half of that subscription. Once they hike the price on that bundle, they will probably lose me all the way.
EDIT: Lol psych, I just got an email from them. They are also hiking the price on that bundle, to $32.99. Bye bye, Disney!
They want to blame the losses on the Kimmel debacle so later on when all the rubes cave in and get disney again, they can choose to portray it as some kind of victory
I know why I cancelled my account last week, and now I know why I’m not coming back. Inertia would have kept me signed up for years otherwise.
Or they figure those remaining can take up the slack
