This may come as a surprise, but stupid does not discriminate by how old someone is.
You’re right, I am often surprised by how some people have made it to 50-60 years old without a caretaker.
The really scary part is their vote counts as much as yours does.
Some of these people live in a surprisingly tiny bubble their entire lives. It’s shocking if you ever meet and talk to one.
