It’s why cults are so fucking dangerous in a democracy. How do you even fight people who refuse to compromise or accept reality? I mean, how many COVID deniers denied it up to their literal last breath? Plenty. We have skepticism and stepping back for self-reflection and considering other options. They have what their God Trump tells them, and that’s it.
