Dorsey already sold out once. Unless the underlying tech fundameltally changes (Lemmy/Mastodon style) the result will be the same. I occasionally use Mastodon but unless it gains users, it simply cannot compete.

Have not tried it. I see no point in going from current Twitter to future Twitter. Dorsey already sold out once.
