Overshadowed by the news that Special Counsel Jack Smith secretly obtained access to Donald Trump’s Twitter account, a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit relegated a blockbuster revelation to a footnote.

Honestly? I don’t think that’s even the worst thing that could happen. Trump in exile is not Trump in the Oval Office.
He didn’t organize anything and didn’t give order for sure, but he quite explicitly incited it, and didn’t try to stop it once he knew it had begun.
I’m not sure he didn’t organize it quietly.

There is ample evidence of coordination between Trump’s people and far right leaders. That’s how the mob works: the bosses never give direct orders to the guys on the ground.
