The GameBoy Handy Boy! And boy is this thing… handy. : retrogaming

I bought one of those on sale years ago. When I got to the car I excitedly opened the box only to discover it was broken. I think the speaker hinges were busted. So I took it back and got a refund. It was probably all for the best. Adult me looking at this agrees it looks unusable.

I actually had this as a kid for my Gameboy. It actually wasn’t half bad, but it was extremely unwieldly.

One of my friends had this monstrosity. It really didn’t improve anything, and made holding the Gameboy super annoying. Forgot if this came with a light, that would have been cool.

I had one that was a light and a magnifier, and i removed the magnifier because it was stupid to have to look at the screen at the correct angle or it would get all blurry, and because my middle-school eyes never thought the screen was too small anyway. The light though, it was a game changer.
