    For those with prostates:

High ejaculation frequency was linked to a decreased risk. Compared to men who reported 4–7 ejaculations per month across their lifetimes, men who ejaculated 21 or more times a month enjoyed a 31% lower risk of prostate cancer.

    Also useful for kidney stones

Our meta-analysis demonstrated that male sexual activity as an alternative therapy for distal ureteric stones had comparable outcomes to the use of alpha-blocker, proving a viable alternative therapy in those patients wishing to avoid pharmacological management.

maybe there is something about having the kind of body that’s less likely to develop prostate cancer that makes ejaculations more common. Or leads one to report a higher rate when asked retrospectively which I assume is what happened here.

Maybe, the prostate is pretty involved in ejaculation though.

One study found that people with more frequent ejaculations were less healthy and had a worse diet, and there were a range of options which none being identified as the ‘normal’ option.
