Why would he do that now?
The criteria given by the other poster for Putin to use nukes is currently met. So using their logic, he should launch them now. I’m asking why he doesn’t.
Necessary criteria isn’t the same as motivating criteria.
No the criterion is a war between NATO and Russia. That criterion is not met.
