Debian has some instructions here, maybe it can be used for other platforms as well.

Google made it so that installing non-play store apps was slightly more difficult, Apple made it pretty much impossible. So Apple was a pretty logical target at that point (and honestly, up until then, they had pretty much gotten a free ride - think of the default browser issue in Windows, no one every bothered with Apple).

Definitely look beyond the 3-in-1 combos, those can really make things worse. And if that doesn’t work, ask a doctor, since dandruff can have a number of different causes.

They had decorative chilis on the plate, which we were explicitly warned not to eat. I carefully ate a bit of one of them. I grew up with hot food. She didn’t. She looked at me casually munching on one of the Chilis and thought, “doesn’t seem that bad”. Long story short, I ended up running to the kitchen asking for a glass of lactose-free milk, and of course they only had normal milk. Thank god there was no accident in the car on the way back.

Usually at most a half hour later she would suddenly get up and run to the bathroom, anything in the way was toast.

Erfurt!

It was pretty fun, mostly because it wasn’t so serious back then (although things get really awkward when you kind of want to get a little flirty with someone but are dressed as a certified creep). I wouldn’t do it again, though, not with what’s happened in the meantime.
Great explanation, thanks!

I’ve said written it before, I’ll write it again: the CBC isn’t perfect, but no one who actually follows the CBC can in all honesty claim that they’re not regularly showing the horrors happening in Gaza in plenty of detail, saying who’s doing it, and putting the BS coming from the Israeli government into its horrific context.
Makes me wonder if there’s an astroturfing campaign going on. Let’s not forget, the right would love to be rid of the CBC.

The one I’m following barely goes a day without detailing the horrors. The hospital bombings, the starvation/famine, the killing of journalists, and so on. I mean, the CBC ain’t perfect, but it’s definitely not whitewashing the situation in Gaza. Even when the news making event is about the Israeli hostages (not too often nowadays), a sizeable chunk is still dedicated to the horrors in Gaza to put it into perspective. And I don’t think I’ve ever seen a statement from Israeli government officials get aired without serious scrutiny in the last year.
unknownuserunknownlocation@kbin.earthto Canada@lemmy.ca•CBC Agreed To Follow Israeli Censorship Order On Gaza Aid Drop Flight0·2 months agoI watched that segment. I remember them saying very clearly that Israel didn’t allow them to film it. So you know what they did? They showed footage from the ground, and didn’t mince words as to how horrific things were. They showed the landscape, where barely anything is standing. They showed people digging through the ground looking for spilled kernels. There was absolutely no way you could watch that report and not understand the insanity of what is going on there.
In fact, anyone who follows CBC’s news coverage has no reason to not understand the depths of the horrors happening in Gaza, or in Palestine in general. They don’t shove it into the corner. They place it center stage. Again, and again, and again. As if to say, “don’t forget what is happening here”.
The CBC definitely has its faults, but this article is blowing things way, way out of proportion.
I mean, it’s really a matter of the quality of the instrument, and even moreso, of the talent and ability of the person playing it - that will make much more of a difference than the kind of instrument (set aside certain instruments like the triangle).
