Can’t speak to the whole routine but for pullups I’d suggest negatives first and then banded pullups. Some gyms even have weight assisted pull up machines

I agree that the “new” slack(disabling the cross channel thread sidebar) is a big deprecation in functionality. But calling it the “New Facebook” is hilariously absurd
If you ever find one let me know because I’m in the exact same boat as you. Casting videos to my TV is so damn convenient
Oh yeah I heard about that! Do you use it? How’s the iMessage support on Android? Ideally I’d love if my chats with Android users go over RCS but chats with Apple users go over iMessage.
That all said relaying my chats through a 3rd party doesn’t make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside…
Definitely happy that this is happening, good on them. However in practice since most of my friends are on iOS I’m still reduced to SMS/MMS and a terrible user experience
Oh man this place is the absolute best. Sliders done right
Perhaps Bulgarian split squats or Barbell reverse lunges?
Ah ok thanks that’s a little bit better. I’ll play around with that.
When I click on “New to-do” it only lets me create one. I have to back to the main menu to create another. Not super convenient
Unless I’m missing something with Joplin, simple lists don’t seem possible. I just want somewhere I can put my grocery list with check marks that get crossed out as I go.
Any suggestions for a simple note/list app on Android? Don’t need cloud sync. Just ability to take notes/lists and maybe color/organize them.
Congrats that’s very impressive! Even more so that you’re getting up early each morning to do so.
I’m section hiking the Long Trail with my pup this summer. Best trail buddy!
It’s so frustrating that if you buy a modern car you have to give up any semblance of privacy
