Use an app with multiple accounts.
The real problem, is instance owners (admins) publishing on the web, random stuff from instances they don’t control, which exposes them to legal liability in whatever place they are, ranging from fines, prison time, to the death penalty.
Using multiple accounts to tap into whatever “echo chambers” you wish, is the solution here. It also helps you remember which rules to follow while using which account.
I think they commented they won’t be removing accounts with uploaded (and monetizable, by Google) videos on YouTube… so that could be a way to lock in the name against opportunists.
They still might delete all the data from other products, though.
