8 months agoIt was a fun trip from Agano to Ikebukuro, but unfortunately it’s over. Would like to have an extra episode to show the aftermath, since apparently not everything went back to normal.

I enjoyed this show, it was cool to see everyone overcome their fears and be happy with themselves and, in the end, we got a satisfying ending.

Yeah, I can relate to this, I’ve been like this before (and I still am to an extent). At one point I’ve felt like I had no personality and I was just matching the person I had in front of me.
Anyway, great episode, it’s already one of my favourite shows this season. Look forward to the next episode.
So here is my top 3 of this season:

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End - It’s a masterpiece. From the cool fight scenes to the calm moments between Frieren, Fern and Stark, everything is amazing. It’s one of the best shows I have ever watched and I plan to read the manga soon.

Solo Leveling - The plot could be resumed as “weak loser reincarnates as someone who could be the most powerful being in the world” (sounds like an average isekai). But the story is actually interesting and it also has cool fight scenes.

I see everyone praising The Apothecary Diaries, so I’ll give it a try when I have time

And it’s in part thanks to Shisui. I’m starting to like her, we need more moments with her and Xiaolan.
