That may well be the point. Dell gets the head count reduction, improving the bottom line, without the headline about mass layoffs

I’m not sure that there needs to be a any grand cosmic reason for life to exist. Life could just be an accident of random events in our little corner of the universe.
Natural selection offers an explanation for how life changes across generations in response to challenges in the environment. It does not require a plan, just that the outcome of a chaotic process (reproduction) creates mutations that produce a slight edge, or at least no reduction in reproductive efficiency.
Fountain pens are not a normal sight in US schools. I was an adult before I realized that they were a thing that still exist, and are even used.
Dbus attempts to provide a standardized system for inter process communication (IPC) without the complexity of managing individual connections between each and every process that needs to share certain types of data.
Not sure exactly what you want, but like this may be what you want. https://github.com/PeterDaveHello/ipinfo.tw
There are simpler solutions that are just a php script on your web server if you’re only interested in IP address (I couldn’t find a good example quickly on mobile)
I assume that they need them to be handed over through a legal process in order to be admissible in court.
It is generally not allowed to use illegally obtained evidence in court.
Yes, I know that it does happen, and people who can not afford effective legal representation get convinced
Based on what you wrote, sounds to me like she wants out.
I think that a healthy long term relationship will require some compromise from both partners. Over the course of a lifetime there will be things that two people don’t agree on, sometimes very strongly. Being able to talk through those issues and work out an appropriate compromise is crucial to the longevity of the relationship.
If she’s insistant that the shorts of issues you’ve described are deal breakers for her I think there are a few possible reasons:
That’s how I came up with the starting ratio.
I usually only let mine sit for about 5 minutes. Probably, I’m too lazy and impatient for his full method. I haven’t watched that video for a while, but I seem to remember that he leaves it sitting for quite a while
When I do French Press, I usually use a darker roast. But I’ve found that ratio to bad good starting point for a new bag of beans. Then I just adjust depending on how that first batch/cup comes out
I usually start at a ratio of 30g coffee per 500g water, then you can adjust from there if you feel it didn’t come out the way you like.
I don’t have any experience with this printer, but am similarly curious about it’s viability as a “budget Voron”
Regarding upgradabilty, I saw this video recently with an attempt to turn it into a multi-tool head printer. It’s a work in progress, but I thought it was interesting
