I think it isn’t illegal if it can’t grow a plant, so if heated or ground. You can buy ground hempseed, and i think i have some downstairs. Still, imports and such are much trickier, which is probably why they don’t use it for exports. Also other countries may have stricter imports, and perhaps the company doesn’t want the headache of verifying which market to send which product to.

It’s similar to how most companies just conform to Californian restrictions rather than make different products for different states in the US.

I think it’s Hempseed rather than weed itself, but proper Nanami/shichimi togarashi (7 spice blend, roughly translated) has Hempseed. Because of the ban on drugs and such, most exports and US versions exclude it though.

Nah, you see stuff like this because it’s counter to a lot of people. Noisy wheel etc. I like socializing with friends, but also have a limited social battery. Geberally that just means I don’t attend things I don’t want to, but there have been times where circumstance has put me in situations that I could identify with the comic.

Still, a comic that’s just a straight portrayal of people enjoying normal stuff isn’t going to get much traction or be interesting, which is why you’ll see stuff like this more. It isn’t a representative of the actual whole sample of people here, it’s just the more unique post that will get attention from people who don’t feel as noticed or understood in their real life.

At its core it usually is, but they often push it outward. My experience with a conservative religion was mostly just self hatred at not being good enough too honestly, but my personality was never much on the conservative axis. Or rather, when I did stuff on that level I never felt good about them.

I grew up JW myself, but they believe dead is dead, and don’t believe in eternal torment. They do still believe in heaven and in eternal life, to come at a different time, so it’s not like they don’t believe the fantasy stuff as well, they just agree with no eternal torment.

I like coffees flavor (not necessarily the bitter part, but it doesn’t bother me much). It’s not really from repeated exposure: caffeine doesn’t quite work right for me, and coffee gives me anxiety and stomach issues, wo I don’t drink it often but do like the flavor. Beer is somewhat opposite: I have drank a lot of alcohol(cutting back much more nowadays) but I still find most beer not tasty… though there was this one coffee beer that was really good.

My goto is actually unsweetenee Soju, with lime added. It has a very mild flavor and the lime takes away the alcohol aftertaste.

I used to like sweet stuff but I’ve always drank green tea unsweetened, and for the most part unless it’s honey I don’t like sweeteners in tea. Coffee can go both ways, especially for caramel, and hot chocolate is sweet of course, though I haven’t had any for at least a year.

Once I gave up soda other things naturally started tasting too sweet for me, and I gave up soda in general 15-20 years ago. I drink it on occasion, but it always leaves a gross sticky syrupy feeling in mouth and throat.

Personally I’ve had the same number for years and it’s the one I give out, but as an IT professional I definitely know individual experiences vary. The main issue has been the few texting stuff that doesn’t support it. Like ubereats, which I guess doesn’t matter since I stopped using them a while ago, but there are others.

I read a bunch of webcomics, and I currently read a bunch of manga, mahwa, manhua, web novels, and yes, still some webcomics. I have some favorites, but some aren’t that good and are just junk food.

Ctrl Alt Del was never a favorite, nor something I’d check all the time, but every once in a while I’d click through it and read some of it. I probably read it similarly often as Penny Arcade, which didn’t really appeal duper heavily to me either.

Sure. DLC is downloadable content, usually named that way to denote it didn’t come with the base game. Usually it means released by the original vendor, so anything they released counts as DLC, but in practice people generally split it into paid and free dlc.

Paid DLC are often judged as to whether its worth it, and people do get mad if something should be base game and is only available via pay, even if that’s something simple like fast travel or something.

Not really. I’ve switched from wired to wireless because of the number of headphones I’ve destroyed getting the cable stuck so bad it yanks my body. My ears never hurt from it; just slightly disoriented and audio only working for one bud/side now. Eventually it was too annoying and I switched to full bluetooth wireless. I won’t argue against cables being better for audio, but for me they arent.

Last prescription I got was antibiotics and steroids for an ear infection. The doctor indeed did give me dosage and schedule. Then the pharmacy also gave me instructions, and they were different. Seeing how each Doctor hopefully keeps up with their field and most likely can’t really with others, I’d say the pharmacy instructions are usually safer unless the patient has specific circumstances only the prescribing doctor is aware of.

America has been on the path for a while though, with the John Birch Society and the like working from the background. They’ve been around since the 1958, and lots of their literature and networks fostered the turn. Others like Bill Cooper, Alex Jones, etc, were active in the 90s and affected by JBS. Waco also had already ocurred.

OKC has some influences from Cooper, and the JBS and other right wing people initially thought OKC was a huge setback for inroads with general audiences, and kept working to change how people feel. Tea party was a huge comeback for them, as people who knew of the JBS warned the Tea Party was just a resurgence.

I don’t know if Lucas or other writers knew at the time, so you might be right. However, there were people warning about it back then, just not really heard or paid much attention to.
