11·2 days agoNot sure about any body hack like what you’re asking for, but there are free mindfulness audio clips you can find online that are made to help sleep. It’s audio narration to leave on and it talks through relaxing your whole body. Makes for a nice guided meditation.

Man, it is such a sad sight IRL when no one gets it. They’re confused asking what you’re talking about. You try explaining and they’re all acting like this is some in comprehensible nonsense that they can’t understand and isn’t funny.
The only thing worse is when only one person gets it and no one else does. Now you’ve got one person laughing saying “I see what you did there” and then having to explain to the others.
