@MrMusAddict @pootriarch within OSM, it’s easy to add a tag like that. Alas, it’s getting data users to _use_ that tag can be tricky…

@Synnr The amount of people who have contributed to OpenStreetMap, to the map data, is massive. More than >2,000,000 people, and about 50,000 people edit the map every month.

Which app did you try? OSM is a little decentralised, so there are many.

@blackfire @Doudouosm I thought they said to do full 24/7 support, they would need 6, but that aren’t able to do that, so they’re gonna just aiming for 2 (incl the 1 they have already)

@ArbiterXero @InsertUser Facebook giving OSM the legal right to mass copy the PoI (point of interest) data would be a fucking game changer.

When I was on the OSMF Board, I asked our FB rep, and of course they said no.
