2 quite different puzzler games:
This one caught my eye because of the art (same artist as Braid) but the everything about this game is charming

10·8 months agoAh but I was saying that even this game predates helldivers 2. It’s been in early access for quite some time
I must confess that I haven’t read the book but I had heard the tone is not quite the same
Not sure if sarcasm/trolling. Forgive me for saying so if it isn’t. This game has been available in early access long before helldivers 2. Starship troopers the movie has much the same tone as this trailer.
There is an app for Google Play called MiniReview that helps with discoverability of these sorts of games on Android
It’s an Ubisoft game but you can usually get it for pretty cheap second hand for your switch if you’re against giving Nintendo more money
Have you looked at “immortals: Fenix rising”?
It has borrowed many elements from botw but with a lot of the “Ubisoft open world formula” on top. I really enjoyed it. The combat is deeper than botw in the traditional sense but I found it responsive and easy to learn. The “shrine” equivalents also had some interesting and unique challenges too.
I’m not op but the post was made in the context of the article. The article which had a title modifying this quote about the Berlin Wall “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!” to refer to Apple’s CEO.

And we anticipate that we would begin adding games into Game Pass sometime in the course of next year.”
Seems like they said it wouldn’t come to game pass in 2023. Are you referring to a different quote?
3·1 year agoYou can split your screen in Unity by adding a second camera and setting the rectangle for each. You will obviously want to position the 2 cameras the correct distance apart for vr.

Also, have you tried Unity’s open xr package? I’ve read that you can use Google daydream as a PC vr headset if the daydream packages aren’t working for you https://www.xda-developers.com/vridge-2-2-google-daydream-steamvr/
Plugging in to use a Windows Mixed Reality headset will not work starting with his[sic] build. Windows Mixed Reality is no longer available to users as Windows Mixed Reality has been announced as deprecated. This includes the Mixed Reality Portal app, and Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR and Steam VR Beta. Existing Windows Mixed Reality devices will continue to work with Steam through November 2026, if users remain on their current released version of Windows 11 (version 23H2) and do not upgrade to this year’s annual feature update for Windows 11 (version 24H2). This deprecation does not impact HoloLens.
No separate driver download at all. It sounds like it will stop working in 2026, even if you don’t update.

It might depend where you are. If you want to try that specific headset, you could ask on vr Facebook pages etc. I recall VR meet ups used to have headsets being used for demos.
Otherwise, there are sometimes vr arcades where you can pay to use a headset. You can call them and ask which ones they have

Iit’s a pretty humorous look at some of the more “out there” products at CES and I feel the enjoyment is lost in text but I know what you mean - not everyone has time for every video that’s posted.
Also I didn’t really realise the video title was clickbaity. I just see “Fireship” and I watch.
