Me all the time, but after getting medicated it’s a little less overwhelming and I can better calm down about it and slowly chew through the lists of stuff that needs to be done… Slowly… But any progress is better than no progress at all so I’ll take it as a massive win.
By doing absolutely bare minimum for the actual job and spending the rest of the time on my own interests and hobies in the workshop that might og might not benefit the projects. I’m the only one capable of the highly specialized and technical challenges in our project so they can’t and won’t fire me, but I’m probably leaving soon anyway because I’m not paid enough to do anything more than bare minimum at the moment. Also drugs help. Helps a lot to not get anxiety about it.
