The astronauts are not stranded, merely delayed.

The article says “Chinese forces seized two Philippine rubber boats that were delivering food and other supplies to a military outpost”. Maybe the pictured boat is the “military outpost”, but nobody who sees it wants to board it.

I say “Yes”. There has to be oversight of the security apparatus, someone who can say “No, that is NOT a reasonable security classification.” Otherwise, only platitudes will come out of that black box of intelligence. Remember, they work for the elected government, not the other way round. Having said that, I am certain that SOME secrets are never disclosed to the higher ups.

I can well imagine that is difficult to be passionate about some installation’s heating and cooling system. But problem solving IS something that many people are passionate about. Good distinction!
