    Eh. I’d be fine with all rental housing being entirely owned and controlled by a government body. Then at least when we complain about being literally incapable of paying rent prices, the people we’re complaining to would have some incentive to give a fuck about us. Why should where I get shelter from be a market exactly? And why should land owners get to keep the money they spend on housing but renters just dump it all into someone else’s pocket? How exactly is any of this fair to the impoverished working class?
