    I don’t know why people are downvoting this. The nerve pathway does run from your groin all the way up through your chest.

    Fwiw, you’re right.

    Pain in the testicles gets referred to the abdomen because the nerves involved lead up there. It’s kinda like how you can slam your hand in a door, and it’ll also hurt at your shoulder where the nerves connect there

    Little bits of referred pain like that happen all the time.

        Yup, believe it or not all humans technically start out as female at conception, then with the right hormones at the right time the female bits morph into male bits.

        Well, yeah. Same organs, longer tubing, slightly different cell types lining the insides.

        Also the scrotum is just fused-together labia majora (you can even see the seam), and the penis is just an enlarged clitoris that wraps round the urethra.

        Maleness is just a minor tweak added in post-production.
