Blocking an order is not enough. Those who do illegal things should be punished. But our courts have decided sitting presidents are immune.

Federal judges have lifetime appointments directly from the Constitution. They’re essentially untouchable other than impeachment.
Not by bullets they aren’t; and we are no longer dealing with anyone who gives a shit what the constitution says.
