    Animals are not objects. They’re beings who can feel just like you and me. They have the ability to suffer, and thus are worth protecting. They cannot consent to most things and thus informed consent is used, like with many humans. No animal would want to be stuffed into such horrific conditions.

      they can’t consent to anything since they can’t be informed, just like doors and locks. it’s absurd to discuss consent from animals.
