I still live like I have limited minutes, and can honestly say I don’t think I’ve used more than maybe…20 minutes a month? Maybe less. I just checked my last 3 bills, and t-mobile doesn’t list minutes anymore.
I had two phones with two numbers from two companies. One gave free mobile to mobile and evening minutes. The other was free weekend calls and texts were free in the evenings.
Would have to keep telling people to call and text me on my other phone on the schedule. My brother never could contact the right phone at the right time.
Unlimited mobile to mobile, free nights and weekends. 500 minutes per month. Good times.
Oh shit, I forgot they used to do unlimited minutes only to the same carrier, so long-distance gf and I had to coordinate our carrier choices
I only had 200 minutes, but it was 30 bucks, so I couldnt complain.
After inflation that’s like $700 today though.
