It really depends on if the evidence indicates that they did it. If it does beyond the same reasonable doubt I get, and that’s the typical penalty for the crime? Do it. If it doesn’t don’t. And if they tried to refuse to cede power even according to their own vp? Then I think they should be held there before they see the end of a rope.
