    Imagine paying 500 bucks for a console just for it to be filled with ads. Wtf

    I shouldn’t be surprised though since they pull the same crap for 4k+ tvs

      Yeah my Samsung TV has ads as soon as you turn the thing on. It slows if right down as well.

      Ironically, sometimes those ads are for Xbox Game Pass.

        I just bought a Samsung tv, will use it with an Apple TV 4K so I don’t have to deal with their shitty ads and software

          Yeah I’m considering using something else other than the built-in Samsung smart features. The slowness bugs me the most! I haven’t considered using an Apple TV device. Will take a look!

            Yeah, it looks quite snappy and no ads whatsoever. You can also use it from your phone so that’s a gg.

            I also looked at the shield, but it seems it’s not very supported and it has ads if I’m not mistaken

      Lol. $500 doesn’t even cover my GPU. $500 is hella cheap for a full package WITH controller.

      I mean shit, the controller is $80 alone.
