It’s always felt so pathetic that something as simple as a watch face is made a big deal of to differentiate devices when it could run on anything.
Agreed. I always hated software locked features.
I really hope they bundle it with the Pixel 8.

It was a bundle in a select few European countries. I got my pixel watch for free with my pixel 7 Pro imported from France.
My mum got the first one with her Pixel 7 Pro
I’m not holding my breath for it in the US, unfortunately
