Do not out right harass other users. Opposing opinions and potentially offensive speech is fine, but don’t go out of your way to endlessly berate someone. This includes users of other instances.
When you are on the community of another instance, you must be respectful and follow the rules of that instance to the best of your ability. We want to avoid any potential problems with other instances if we can help it.
Advertising and self-promotion is okay, so long as it’s relevant, is allowed in the community you’re posting in, is not spammy and does not exploit other users.
