AceFuzzLord@lemmy.zipto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•what's your take on employers banning the use of languages other than English between coworkers at the workplace?71·6 days agoFor the most part I think you should be allowed to speak whatever language you want so long as you aren’t speaking it with a customer, co-worker, boss, etcetera, that doesn’t understand it.
I personally don’t see any reason why the language you speak should be policed so long as you aren’t using it with people who don’t understand it, unless they’re saying illegal things, but even then that can be shaky depending on what country you’re in IMO.

A little paranoia goes a long way
Yeah, the second I see anyone trying to make a point by using AIGen images, there point is already invalid in my mind.
They don’t even have the gall to use random non-AI stock images or even better, use shitty hand drawn images.
Either way, I can’t give this an upvote, morally, but it is kinda funny, though.
_“Your countries are going to Hell!” he shouts as Satan slowly shifts the strings attached to his mouth, making him say such utter rubbish. Satan silently snickers to himself as to not let the others in the room be aware of his presence, for he knows his control would fade if everyone knew who, or what, his puppet was.
“Close your borders! Only traditional energy sources are usable! America is in a golden age of free world!” The more he spoke, the more the truly righteous would be able to see the strings attached to his puppet. To counter this fate, he turned the “truly” righteous into mortal demons willing to defend his antichrist puppet._
Given this short amount of snippet you provided, I felt I did a good enough job on a short story snippet based on what happened… though now that I reread it, I question my writing skill.
