Times are great for entry/associate level. I’m coming up on one year since I was laid off. Sooooo many companies now require 6-7 interviews before they make a decision or just ghost you.
Interviews are a farce, many have already been hired or the vacancies do not exist, not to mention the nepotism that exists in companies, that you do not enter without someone close or relative.
Interviews really need to be paid with how ridiculous they have become.
Its fucking ridiculous to go through 7 interviews over 3 months for a $90k job.
