Polling shows they have pretty much no hope of getting the nomination from Donald, so they are running for Veep. I really do expect the “debate” to be a circus of who can out Donald the Donald and prove their worthiness to be on the ticket with him.

They’re all expendable and they know it. They’re not going against him because it’s Trump. They’re just not going against the brand. Party first.

Probably because they see it as a weaponization of the justice department. Several of the indictments are using novel legal theories, and the timing coincides with Trump’s reelection campaign.
