Ticketmaster is a monster and has been for a long time.

I was one of the ones there for the Eras tour debacle. I waited in line for 8 hours for those tickets. Their entire system is propped up with popsicle sticks and Elmer’s glue.

The face when tickets are so difficult to get that even the shop selling them insists its impossible without using a bot.
