Doesn’t Florida’s new censorship laws allow parents to sue over things that they disagree with to get books and curricula banned? Is there some reason this couldn’t be litigated?
This logic is a bit like having a young child die and saying “well her parents don’t have to pay for college now.”

Has anyone explored pulling accreditation from the schools?
I could be wrong, but I think Florida has established its own accreditation system.
